Heard about the Home Buyer Class and went to the one in Nashua. The counselor who taught the class was great. We did one-on-one with him. He talked us through the process, step-by-step, to be successful. A great experience!

Originally I thought the Homebuyer Tax Credit was too good to be true. But once my lender explained it to me, I wanted it. Since receiving the Tax Credit I have adjusted my w-4 withholdings and can directly see the results in my paycheck, plus I still received a federal tax refund. The Homebuyer Tax Credit has made homeownership more affordable.
